Welcome to Très Organic by KP. Since being established in 2016, Tres Organic has been known for unparalled love for hair care satisfaction. Cancellation Policy
PREPARING FOR HAIR SERVICES:
Please remove any twists, coils, braids and weaves prior to your appointment. NOTE: There is a $50+ additional charge for removal of weave, braids, twists, etc. and excessive detangling.
BOOKING APPOINTMENT:
Appointments must be reserved with a credit card. The card is not charged at the time of booking nor is the card required to be used for final payment.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Appointment times are reserved especially for you!. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, Communication is the key! If you are running late. Please call to inform us that you are running late. If arriving late a $35 late fee will be applied to your service. Or if we need to cancel your appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICIES :
You have 24 hours to may any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Any appointment changes or cancellations after 24 hours with or without notice will be charged 50%-100% a full service charge. Please make sure you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the start time of the appointment ( e.g. appointment is Friday at 3pm, must be cancel by Thursday at 3pm) to avoid a cancellation fee.
For No Shows there will be a 100% full service charge.
SERVICE POLICY:
We pride ourselves on customer service. Communication and satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours from your original appointment. We do not offer refunds on services or fees in violation of our policy. However, depending on the circumstances we can discuss the options for a re-do.
