We specialize in all textures of curly hair and curl patterns. -With a Passion and love for natural/Curly hair we have mastered the integrity of all types of textures -With constant continued education on technique and research on natural and curly hair, our clients have gained the confidence and embraced wearing their natural hair according to their personal style and life events. - At TO we understand the struggle of natural/curly hair, with every appointment our guest are educated on their specific hair care needs. - Each client leaves TO with a tailored regimen to maintain healthy hair. - We have certifications in multiple certified Curly Cuts, and Specialty Curly highlighting techniques, Microlinks (I-tips). - Très Organic by KP aims to help each clients leave our salon feeling beautiful inside and out. CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING APPOINTMENT: A deposit will be required when booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service and is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. If your appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit is nonrefundable. Appointments must be reserved with a credit card. The card is not charged the full amount at the time of booking nor is the card required to be used for final payment. LATE ARRIVAL: Appointment times are reserved especially for you!. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We understand unforeseen incidents occur, Communication is the key! If you are running late. Please call to inform us that you are running late. If arriving late a $35 late fee will be applied to your service. Or if we need to cancel your appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee. CANCELLATION POLICIES : You have 48 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Any appointment changes or cancellations after 48 hours with or without notice will be charged 50%-100% a full service charge. Please make sure you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the start time of the appointment ( e.g. appointment is Friday at 3pm, must be cancel by Thursday at 3pm) to avoid a cancellation fee. *Color Services you have 72 hours to cancel* For No Shows there will be a 100% full service charge. SERVICE POLICY: We pride ourselves on customer service. Communication and satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours from your original appointment. We do not offer refunds on services or fees in violation of our policy. However, depending on the circumstances we can discuss the options for a re-do. PREPARING FOR HAIR SERVICES: Please remove any twists, coils, braids and weaves prior to your appointment. NOTE: There is a $50+ additional charge for removal of weave, braids, twists, etc. and excessive detangling.

My approach is rooted in education—teaching you how to care for your hair with the right products, techniques, and a better understanding of how other components of life can influence your hair’s health. I specialize in working with curly textures and take pride in creating a space where clients feel confident embracing their natural hair—whether that’s enhancing your unique curl pattern or styling in a way that celebrates your natural beauty, without the need for added hair. I also support clients experiencing hair challenges, helping them navigate changes and restore their hair’s health. My goal is simple: to empower you with the knowledge and tools to help your hair thrive—naturally.
